We have already informed about Vijayakanth?s new TV channel titled ?Captain TV?. Now the official announcement has come. Vijayakanth?s brother in law and secretary of youth wing L K Suddesh has confirmed the news.
However, there could be a change in the title since Captain wants it to be in Tamil. They have formally applied for the approval. The new TV will be launched on Pongal day in 2009.
The TV, like many other channels, will have cinema as its primary aspect and politics as a subsidiary. The formula might change during the elections.
