Srikanth has to deliver, or else?

This news may not please Srikanth. But truth always hurts.

His last release Bose is a major disaster. So much so, a couple of shows in the theatres at Chennai suburbs had to cancelled for lack of patrons.

It could be the ultimate insult for any actor.

But Srikanth can do precious little. He is helpless as director and scriptwriters have not been delivering what they have promised.

His career that looked promising at one point now hangs by a tenuous thread.

His next release Chaturangam will decide which way his career is headed.

Srikanth, in a sense, has survived primarily on media?s backing. After Parthiban Kanavu he had no major hit (this itself ran on the strength of Sneha?s acting and Vidyasagar?s music). But he has managed to keep himself in the news with some adroit media management.

But that may no longer be enough.

It is time for deliverance now.
