They say dead men tell no tales. But hangmen do.

And that is the reason why Sathyaraj is off to Kolkata.

The tall actor has gone to meet Malik, the man who was given the responsibility of hanging the rapist Dhananjoy Chatterjee.

Now, Sathyaraj is not doing any research work on hang victims. It is just that he plays a hangman in a film named Perumalsamy that incidentally stars his son Sibiraj. Hariraj directs the film.

Asked about his role, Sathyaraj says, "I play a dual role in the movie- a hangman and a dreaded villain. Both are challenging roles and hope people would appreciate them".

Luckily, Sathyaraj is not playing Dhananjoy’s role. If he had, with whom will he share notes?
