Shriya, debuted in Tamil film industry with the film Enakku 20 Unakku 18 that released in 2003. During her hey days she ruled the Tamil as well as Telugu industries, acting with almost all the leading heroes in both the industries. She got the opportunity to star with Superstar Rajnikanth?s Sivaji, directed by Shankar which turned out to be blockbuster hit.

Shriya?s last film in Tamil is Rowthiram that released in 2011, in which she was paired up with Jeeva. Though the film was a mediocre hit, the lass did not get any further offer in Tamil cinema.
