Comedian Bijili Ramesh passes away after a prolonged illness

In a shocking turn of events, Bijili Ramesh, a familiar face in Tamil cinema known for his comedic roles and participation in television shows, has passed away. He gained popularity as a die-hard fan of Rajinikanth through his YouTube videos and became well-known for his appearances in various TV shows, including Vijay TV’s ‘Cook with Comali’.

Bijili Ramesh also acted in several films, such as Jayam Ravi’s ‘Comali’ and Hiphop Tamizha Aadhi’s ‘Natpe Thunai’.  Recently, he had been battling health issues and was undergoing treatment at a hospital. Reports suggest that his liver was severely affected due to excessive drinking, and due to financial constraints, he was unable to afford hospital treatment and was being cared for at home.

In a recent interview with a leading media outlet, he appealed to the film industry for financial assistance for his ongoing treatment. Tragically, Bijili Ramesh passed away this morning at his home in MGR Nagar after his condition deteriorated. His family confirmed the news and announced that his final rites will be held today at 5 PM. The sudden demise of Bijili Ramesh has left his fans and the entertainment industry in mourning.
