Chiranjeevi Honored with Prestigious Award at IIFA Utsavam in Abu Dhabi

The 24th International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards, held at Abu Dhabi’s iconic Etihad Arena, witnessed a historic moment as Tollywood legend  Mega Star Chiranjeevi was bestowed with the coveted “Outstanding Achievement for Indian Cinema” award. The veteran actor, known for his extraordinary contributions to the film industry, accepted the honor from Bollywood stalwarts Shabana Azmi and Javed Akhtar.

Mega Star Chiranjeevi, visibly moved during the ceremony, expressed heartfelt gratitude in his acceptance speech. “This award is not just a recognition of my work but a testament to the love and support I have received from the Telugu film industry and my fans throughout my journey. I am forever indebted to them,” he said, as the audience erupted into applause, giving the actor a standing ovation.

The star-studded night, hosted by Tollywood actors Rana Daggubati and Teja Sajja, brought together some of the biggest names in Indian cinema. Among the illustrious attendees were icons like Nasser, Brahmanandam, Priyadarshan, Priyamani, Jayaraman, Sarathkumar, Radhika, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, and Karan Johar, all gathered to celebrate Chiranjeevi’s monumental career.

The award was a well-deserved homage to Chiranjeevi’s stellar contributions to Indian cinema, spanning over four decades. He has remained a towering figure in the industry, not just for his charismatic performances but also for his ability to break new ground and inspire future generations of filmmakers and actors.
