It was the launch of a pan-India film today. ‘Captain Miller’, a period film to be made in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil, was launched today in a grand manner.

Directed by Arun Matheswaran, the film is going to go on the floors soon.

The story is set against the backdrops of the 1930s-40s. Sundeep Kishan, heroine Priyanka Arul Mohan and others were present. The makers hinted that the high-stakes film is going to meet the tastes and expectations of the Telugu audience.

The pan-India flick has dialogues by Madhan Karky of 'Baahubali' and 'RRR' fame in Tamil. With music composed by GV Prakash Kumar, the film has cinematography handled by Shreyaas Krishna. Nagooran is its editor, while T Ramalingam is taking care of art direction. Producer TG Thyagarajan of Sathya Jyothi Films recently promised that 'Captain Miller' will be made on a grand scale.

As for Dhanush's upcoming release 'Nene Vastunna', it is hitting the screens on September 29. Geetha Arts is releasing it in Telugu. 'SIR', his Telugu debut, will hit the screens on December 2 as per Sithara Entertainments and director Venky Atluri.
