Director Sasi gets an unique and highly precious award for ‘Pichaikkaran’

Director Sasi has made a strong comeback with 'Pichaikkaran'. The Vijay Antony-Satna Titus starrer released on Friday last and it is running to packed houses with positive reviews and appreciative word of mouth from those who have watched the film.

Especially the mother sentiment angle which has been handled with depth and deftness by Sasi has struck the right chord with the Tamil audience who hail 'Mother' as equal to God.

A proof to this has come from a local boy who delivers the daily newspapers to director's Sasi's residence. The young boy has written his word of appreciation for the film in the Tamil newspaper he delivered today at the doorstep of Sasi's residence.

"தங்களது படம் இனிமையாக இருந்தது. அம்மாவுக்கு ஈடு இணை எதுவும் கிடையாது நன்றி. (Your film was nice. Nothing can be equal to Mother. Thanks)."

This is what that tender heart had conveyed his feelings about the film to its creator though the mode that he can reach him.
