What was Boney Kapoor’s birthday surprise to Sridevi?

Sridevi’s demise did not only put the entire nation in a state of shock and sorrow, but more importantly shook the lives of her family with Boney Kapoor stating recently in a  note ‘our lives will never be the same again’. 

What’s more heart-wrenching is the fact that his inability to fulfill one of Sridevi’s wishes as much as how the actress missed witnessing the surprise that her husband had planned her. In 2013, following a fire mishap in the couple’s Andheri residence in Mumbai, they had moved out to a different home. However Sridevi’s desire was to move back to the old residence. 

Boney Kapoor had all the while was involved in making refurbishments to the Andheri residence to give it as a birthday surprise to the actress. However, things took for a disappointing turn as the nation mourns the legendary actress’s death. RIP Sridevi.
