Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra's latest release was the super hit patriotic drama 'Shershaah' that debuted on Amazon Prime Video. The film marked the Hindi debut of famous Tamil director Vishnuvardhan. Ulaganaayagan Kamalhaasan had appreciated the team for delivering the inspiring biopic.
Sidharth Malhotra reprised the life of Indian army captain Vikram Batra. His fiery performance as an army officer received a heap of praises. Today, the star expressed his interest to mark his acting debut in Tamil while replying to a fan in a Twitter Q&A session that took place recently.
This morning, a Tamil fan praised Siddharth on his acting and said that Tamil people were impressed by his performance in 'Shershaah'. He requested him to do a Tamil film. Malhotra has also been thinking of it after his union with Vishnu Varadhan and so he replied, "Ok then".
Interestingly, Rashmika Mandanna, who made her Tamil debut with Karthi's 'Sulthan', replied to Sidharth "We'll see". It is to be noted that Rashmika is pairing opposite Siddharth in the upcoming Hindi flick 'Mission Majnu'. We have to wait to see if Sid makes an entry with a direct Tamil film or a bilingual venture.
