Actor-director Parthiban has said in an audio that famous film critic Blue Sattai Maran asked a producer for three lakh rupees to review his film. This audio which comes after the burning of Blue Sattai's puppet by Parthiban's fans has come as a shock to the general audience.
Touted to be the world's first single-shot non-linear film, 'Iravin Nizhal' was recently released and has been well received. Most of the media and fans' social media users are giving positive reviews for this film. While reviewing the film Blue Sattai Maran said that it is not the "first" single-shot non-linear film but an Iranian film named 'Fish & Cat is.
Following this Parthiban has shared audio and has said that Blue Sattai Maaran has asked for a sum of 3 Lakhs to a producer to review his film. This revelation has once again come as a shock to Twitteratis and netizens.
Replying to the allegation Blue Sattai has shared a sarcastic post addressing the unknown producer on his Twitter account. His tweet loosely translated to,"You idiot... you made me ugly by saying such a small amount. You may have said one crore to Parthiban. It would have been a bit of honour."
Iravin Nizhal stars Radhakrishnan Parthiban, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Robo Shankar, Priyanka Ruth and Brigida Saga in the lead roles. The background score and music for the film are composed by A. R. Rahman and the film has six songs. The film entered the Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records for being the first Asian non-linear single-shot film.
