Birthday boy Bunny Vas continues to rise

It’s Bunny Vas’ birthday today and the young producer, by the time he celebrates his next birthday, will have pulled off a few more achievements.  

The producer of such hits as ‘100% Love’, ‘Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham’, ‘Kottha Janta’, ‘Bhale Bhale Mogadivoy’, and, of course, Vijay Deverakonda’s ‘Geetha Govindam’ is looked upon as an enterprising, creative and committed youngster who has a distinct taste for cinema.  After ‘Geetha Govindam’ became a blockbuster last year, Bunny Vas turned out to be the only young producer to have a billion rupee flick.

What are his upcoming projects?  The untitled flicks in the combination of director Maruthi and actor Sai Dharam Tej, director Bommarillu Bhaskar and actor Akhil Akkineni, Srikanth Addala’s project, a film in the co-production of Vasu Varma are on the anvil.

Besides the above, he is planning 3-4 other projects.

“The youngster also manages his distribution works for Krishna district and also takes care of Allu Aravind’s theatres in the Telugu States and looks after Allu Arjun’s activities.  Recently, he helped Pawan Kalyan’s Janasena Party in Palakollu and Bhimavaram in the run-up to the elections,” a source says.
