Playback singer and Bigg Boss Tamil contestant Aajeedh Khalique has tested positive for the novel coronavirus, days after his co-contestant Gabriella Charlton contracted the viral infection.
Informing that he is asymptomatic, Aajeedh wrote on his Instagram story, “Her Guys! I was tested positive for COVID early this week with almost no symptoms. My health is good with all the prayer. Please do follow all the safety protocols before you step out of your homes and stay safe. Let’s hope and pray for this world to return to normal soon!” Aajeedh’s co-contestant Gabriella had also recently shared the news of her illness on Instagram.
Her post read, “Hi makkaley! Inspite of taking all necessary precautions, I tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this week. Thank you for your love. I’m well taken care of and I’m doing okay. Please stay home and stay safe.” Aajeedh and Gabriella appeared together on the fourth season of the popular TV reality show, Bigg Boss Tamil, hosted by Kamal Haasan.
