Bigg Boss contestant to get married to popular actress this month

Bigg Boss 14 finalist and popular singer Rahul Vaidya is getting married to TV actress Disha Parmar on July 16 and the couple made the announcement through a joint statement on Twitter. Rahul Vaidya had proposed to Disha during his stint in the famous reality show.

The couple shared a post on their respective social media handles, which read, “With the blessings of our families, we are delighted to share this special moment with you all. We are elated to announce that our wedding is set to take place on 16th of July. We seek your love and blessings as we begin this new chapter of love and togetherness.” Rahul and Disha were initially planning to get married soon after the finale of Bigg Boss 14 in February this year but their plans were rescheduled due to the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Speaking about the wedding ceremony, Rahul Vaidya informed ETimes, “Yes, I am nervous and feeling jittery but at the same time, I am very excited because the D-day is coming very soon. I had never imagined that things would happen so soon. I am a man of few words and I believe in actions. For Disha and me unsaid things stand a lot of importance. We have always been like that. There are things we don’t even speak and it’s understood between us. Love, respect and trust is very important for us.”
