The pre-release event of ‘Bheemla Nayak’ was scheduled to be held on Monday evening. About 10,000 fans of Pawan Kalyan have been gearing up to attend it.
But Sithara Entertainments a while ago announced the event’s postponement to mourn the untimely demise of Andhra Pradesh Minister Mekapati Goutham Reddy, who earlier today breathed his last due to cardiac arrest. “As a mark of respect, the pre-release event of #BheemlaNayak won’t be happening today,” producer S Naga Vamsi today said.
A new date is expected to be announced soon. In his statement, Pawan said that he can’t hold the event at this juncture. “My heart says no. The new event date will be conveyed by the production house,” he said.
The film will hit the screens on February 25. Co-starring Rana Daggubati and Nithya Menon, its dialogues and screenplay are by Trivikram. Its run-time is said to be more than 140 minutes. Its music is by SS Thaman.
