In a horror thriller directed by her brother Jaiiddev, actor Bhavana will return to the Tamil film business after a 13-year exile. The first poster for Bhavana’s upcoming film, “The Door,” was published on her 37th birthday. In the Junedreams Studios poster, her husband Naveen Rajan shows her in front of a historic house with a bloodstained wooden door. Bloodied hands suggest the film’s horror and suspense.
Director Jaiiddev called the picture a “spine-tingling thriller with a hint of terror.” After months of filming, post-production is nearing completion, he said. The decision of theatrical or non-theatrical distribution is something the producer has to decide on. The crew is considering releasing the film in Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, and Malayalam. Jaiiddev directed Kalaiyarasan in the Tamil thriller film “Pattinapakkam” (2018).
Jaiiddev praised Bhavana’s professionalism and dedication. Directing his younger sister was special. Bhavana effortlessly portrayed her character’s arc and grasped the happenings. Her dedication impressed the director, making the experience enjoyable.
Fans eagerly await Bhavana’s big-screen return as the film nears completion. “The Door” promises a thrilling blend of fear and mystery, and the team is pleased about Bhavana’s first look poster celebrating her birthday and the release. The film’s unique premise and Bhavana’s ability will make it a hit in Tamil cinema again.
