Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas Confident About ‘Kishkindhapuri’: “Twists and Shock Factors Will Thrill the Audience”

Vijayawada witnessed a buzz of excitement as the team of the upcoming mystery occult thriller Kishkindhapuri held a press meet ahead of its release. Starring Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas and Anupama Parameswaran in lead roles, the film is directed by Kaushik Pegallapati and produced by Sahu Garapati under Shine Screens banner. The much-anticipated film is set to hit theatres on September 12.

Speaking at the event, hero Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas expressed his strong belief in the project:

“This is the first time I’ve come to Vijayawada to promote my film, and I’m truly happy. We have immense confidence in the content of Kishkindhapuri. Audiences may have seen many horror films, but this one is very different — nothing like this has been attempted before in Telugu cinema. The film is packed with unexpected twists and shocking elements. We are not competing with any other release; we announced our date much earlier. Ultimately, if a movie is good, Telugu audiences will always support it.”

He further shared that the movie was shot in an actual haunted house to enhance the authenticity of the experience. “The shooting itself was a unique experience. The visual effects have come out brilliantly, and I believe audiences are going to witness one of the best horror films ever made in Telugu,” he added.

Heroine Anupama Parameswaran also spoke about her excitement:

“I’m delighted to be back in Vijayawada, where audiences have always showered me with so much love. Since childhood, I’ve been fond of horror films, and Kishkindhapuri is truly a unique one. The way the director narrated the story really impressed me. The horror elements in this film are extraordinary, and I believe Kishkindhapuri will stand out as one of the finest horror films in Telugu cinema. It will definitely meet the audience’s expectations.”
