Sivakarthikeyan in ‘Beast’ confirmed?

Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Beast’ which carries huge expectations not only in Tamil cinema but pan India is being shot continuously in Chennai.  The team will then fly to Russia where major portions will be canned and will then go into postproduction. 

In the past few days, there have been major updates on ‘Beast’ produce by Sun Pictures like the addition of Selvaraghavan in the cast as the antagonist and official confirmation of the participation of Shine Tom Chacko, Yogi  Babu, VTV Ganesh, and other stars.

We broke the news first to you earlier that young star Sivakarthikeyan is likely to be a part of ‘Beast’ and will be writing lyrics for a song.  Sources now reveal that it is indeed confirmed and that the said song has already been composed and recorded by Anirudh.

It’s a well-known fact that ‘Beast’ director Nelson Dilipkumar and music composer Anirudh are very close friends with Sivakarthikeyan.  Their promo videos for the songs of ‘Doctor’ have garnered millions of views and fans can’t have enough of the trio.  It will be interesting to know what type of song Siva has written for Vijay and whether it would be a mass number or a soft romantic one.  For that, we may have to wait longer when it becomes official.
