Thalapathy Vijay's 'Beast' is the talk of the town since important cast announcements were made official over the weekend. As reported by us much earlier Selvaraghavan, Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, Shine Thomas Chacko and others boarded the exciting project.

Now the hot buzz is that 'Sarpatta Parambarai' fame Shabeer Kallarakkal is set to join the ensemble cast of 'Beast'. It is said that he already auditioned for a negative role and the official announcement will be made soon.

Shabeer has impressed audiences like no other actor in recent times for his authentic portrayal of a complex character 'Dancing Rose' in 'Sarpatta Parambarai'. He fluently portrayed the various nuances of his boxer character which won hearts in spite of being part of the antagonist group in the story.

'Beast' produced by Sun Pictures is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar with Anirudh Ravichander scoring the music. Thalapathy Vijay and Pooja Hegde play the lead roles and the shooting is progressing at a brisk pace in Chennai and will soon move to Russia for a major portion.
