‘Balagam’: ‘Potti Pilla’ is entertaining and musical!

In the latest song ‘Potti Pilla’ from ‘Balagam’, Priyadarshi can’t flatter his crush (played by Kavya Kalyanram of ‘Masooda’ fame) enough. Ram Miryala’s famed vocals perfectly mirror his joy. The picturization takes place in the backdrop of realistic locations. The lyrics are authentic. Composed by the in-form Bheems Ceciroleo, the song has been penned by Kasarla Shyam.

The film could well be the perfect follow-up for Kavya after the recent sleeper hit in theatres. As for Priyadarshi, he headlines this film with panache. The last time he did, it was a charming film: ‘Mallesham’. 

Produced by Dil Raju Productions, this song is preceded by ‘Ooru Palletooru’, which too came in the combination of Bheems Ceciroleo, Ram Miryala and Kasarla Shyam. Presented by Shirish and produced by the Harshith Reddy-Hanshitha Reddy duo (who recently produced the ZEE5 series ‘ATM’), the film is directed by Venu Yeldandi.

The story takes place in Telangana’s Siricilla. With the cinematography done by Acharya Venu, the film has been edited by Madhu.
