Actor Atharvaa’s latest release ‘Chandi Veeran’ is heading towards a success in the box office and has garnered decent reviews. The talented actors currently working on multiple number of films and he will soon take up another rural subject to be directed by Rajmohan.
This film in which Pooja Jhaveri has been signed up to romance Atharvaa has been titled as ‘Rukkumani Vandi Varudhu'. The title draws inspiration from the famous song 'Oram Po Oram Po Rukkumani Vandi Varudhu' composed by Ilaiyaraja in the 1979 film ‘Ponnu Oorukku Pudhusu’ starring Sudhakar and Saritha.
Justifying the title, the director said that the story revolves around an old jeep in a hilly area being brought to a village by the hero for the use of villagers. And this would be the song coming in one’s mind when they think about an old vehicle entering a place.
