The talented Tamil actor Ashok Selvan is enjoying a great year in Kollywood as he had two versatile releases: ‘Sila Nerangalil Sila Manithargal’ and ‘Manmatha Leelai’. Now, the actor will be next seen in his next release of the year, ‘Hostel’, co-starring Priya Bhavani Shankar.
‘Hostel’ is said to be the official remake of superhit Malayalam comedy ‘Adi Kapyare Kootamani’. The trailer of the campus comedy entertainer was launched online today. The 2-minute-long video is loaded with all things labelled fun and the comic one-liners seem to have worked well.
The story follows a girl sneaking into a college boys hostel and a group of boys trying to keep her from the eyes of their warden. ‘Hostel’ also stars Sathish, Nasser, Mundasupatti Ramdoss, Kpy Yogi, and Krrish playing prominent roles. This film was directed by Sadhuram 2 fame Sumanth Radhakrishnan and produced by Trident Arts Ravindran.
The trailer is laced with adult comedies and situational humour which ensures that ‘Hostel’ will be a promising comedy ride that can’t be missed. Bobo Sasii has scored the music with visuals by Praveen Kumar and cuts by Ragul. The laugh riot is scheduled to the theatres on April 28.
