Arjun gets a whopping salary for Thalapathy 67! Deets inside

Vijay and director Lokesh Kanagaraj have reunited for the second time for the actor’s 67th film, and the film reportedly kick-started a few weeks ago. Though the makers have not announced it officially, the film is creating a buzz in the film industry.

Action King Arjun is said to be playing one of the antagonists in ‘Thalapathy 67’ and it’s going to be the actor’s first film with Vijay. He has been reportedly offered a salary of close to Rs 5 crores for his role in the film.

The film will also have Sanjay Dutt, Gautham Menon, and Nivin Pauly playing crucial roles. Made as a pan-Indian film, Thalapathy 67 is expected to be an inclusion in Lokesh’s cinematic universe.

Sanjay Dutt has been offered a salary of Rs 10 crores, and he will be the main antagonist in the film. ‘Thalapathy 67’ is estimated to be made on a budget of over Rs 200 crores and the makers have already recovered the budget through the film’s satellite and digital rights.
