Are Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas having a second child via surrogacy?

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra and her husband and singer Nick Jonas welcomed their first child, daughter Malti Marie, in January this year via a surrogate. Reports now suggest that the couple might have their second child not much later.

As per a source quoted by a news outlet, Priyanka and Nick Jonas apparently feel that siblings are one of the most important parts of their lives and they would definitely want their daughter Malti to grow up with brothers/sisters. Nick also reportedly wants to make sure his kids are close in age and also with his brothers Joe and Kevin’s kids.

“Their (Priyanka and Nick) siblings are one of the most important parts of their lives so it’s something they definitely want for Malti. They’re not ready to welcome another just yet but when they do, they’re going to use a surrogate like they did last time. It’s not a matter of if, it’s only a matter of when,” a source close to the couple was quoted as saying by an entertainment portal.

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas took to their respective Instagram handles in late January this year to share the news of their baby daughter Malti’s arrival. They wrote, “We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on the family. Thank you so much.”
