AR Rahman celebrates the Chola glory with the ‘PS2 Anthem’ from ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’!

The Cholas are coming back to the silver screens with ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’ on April 28 to astonish the fans once again. The expectations for the sequel peaked post the humongous success of the first part directed by Mani Ratnam. To spice things up, the makers have now launched the ‘PS2 Anthem’.

AR Rahman has composed the musical score for the ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ film series. ‘PS2 Anthem’ is the latest addition to the franchise’s playlist which is about the glory of Chola in Indian history. This is a stylish promotional song and the music video features Isai Puyal ARR. The cast and crew are in Chennai currently for the launch of PS2 Anthem before the audience.

Also, the Ponniyin Selvan team begins the promotional ‘Chola Tour’ today with the launch of this song in Chennai. The makers will visit Coimbatore, Delhi, Cochin, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Trichy.
