AR Rahman is working intense sessions for the musical score of Mani Ratnam’s ‘Ponniyin Selvan’!

It is known that Mani Ratnam wrapped up the entire shooting of his upcoming magnum opus film ‘Ponniyin Selvan 1’ a couple of months back. The patch shoot works were completed recently and the post-production works are going on in full swing. The dubbing and BGM score works are underway.

Isai Puyal AR Rahman is the music composer of the ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ franchise. Today, Mozart took to his social media page to share that his team of singers is working on intense sessions for the musical score. Posting a picture from his studio, he captioned, “Intense vocal sessions for PS score! #manirathnam #ponniyinselvan #score #epic #historical” (sic).

We already updated you exclusively that the makers are planning to helm the grand audio launch function in a foreign country, probably London or Dubai. The promotional works for ‘Ponniyin Selvan 1’ are expected to kickstart soon as the theatrical release is scheduled for 30 September 2022.
