Anushka Shetty’s brother faces death threats

Anushka Shetty’s brother Gunaranjan Shetty is allegedly receiving death threats. Faced with fatal threats, Gunaranjan and his close aides have sought legal protection for him. The Karnataka government is looking into the request because the person in question lives in that State. 

The brother of the ‘Baahubali’ actress belongs to the Jayakarnataka Janapara Vedike, a Kannada organization. Home Minister Araga Jnanendra has been requested to offer security to Gunaranjan.

The news agency IANS has reported that Gunaranjan is allegedly facing threats from Manvit Rai and Rakesh Malli. The three individuals were earlier on good terms. They had worked for the famous don Muthappa Rai after the don changed his ways and became a good guy. Muthappa Rai passed away in June 2020 due to brain cancer. For some reason, Manvit Rai and Rakesh Malli no longer like Gunaranjan, it would seem from allegations made.

Who is Muthappa Rai? He is a now-dead underworld don and businessman who became a force to reckon with in Bengaluru’s underworld in the 1980s. He allegedly murdered a don named MP Jayaraj, catapulting himself to unprecedented fame.
