'Beep Song' controversy: Anirudh finally appears in Coimbatore Police Station

Music director Anirudh has been out of the country ever since the 'Beep song' controversy in which he was struck along with actor Silambarasan erupted. many police complaints and Court cases have been registered against the duo for creating the controversial song.
The first complaint was registered in Coimbatore Race Course Police station. Simbu and Anirudh were summoned by the station authorities to appear on December 17, 2015 but both the celebrities failed to appear and sought an extension.
After so many twists and turn the Madras High Court in its order given on Monday, had stated that both Silambarsan and Anirudh should appear in the police stations in Coimbatore and Chennai, where the complaints were registered against them, within January 29, 2015.
Anirudh has now confirmed in his micro blogging site that he has reported in the Coimbatore Police station and his statement has been recorded
