At the recent pre-release event for Anand Deverakonda's "Gam Gam Ganesha", the speculation was reignited when Anand playfully asked Rashmika to name her favorite costar. Rashmika, well aware of the implication, laughed off the question, playfully chiding Anand for putting her on the spot. "You are my family, how could you put me in the spot ra?" she asked, before the crowd erupted in chants of "Rowdy Rowdy", referencing Vijay's nickname. Blushing, Rashmika eventually responded, "Rowdy Boy" is her favorite costar.

While cleverly dodging a direct answer, Rashmika's response further fueled the rumors. She also spoke about her close bond with Anand, calling him the big brother she never had. "I depend on him a lot, and he might not even realize it," she shared, expressing her hope to see him succeed with "Gam Gam Ganesha".

Rashmika also voiced her admiration for director Sai Rajesh, whose film "Baby" had a profound impact on her.
