Allu Arjun’s director to work with Ravi Teja

Ravi Teja, who is currently doing ‘Krack’ with Gopichand Malineni, has okayed a new project.  He will be teaming up with ‘Naa Peru Surya’ director Vakkantham Vamsi for an entertainer.  

Touted to be an out-and-out mass actioner, the film comes with an “entertaining screenplay”.   “Mass Maharaja was highly impressed with the script when he listened to it.  He immediately said an enthusiastic yes,” a source comments.

Vamsi’s association with Ravi Teja dates back to last decade.  ‘Kick’ in 2009, written by the writer-turned-director, was a blockbuster.  However, ‘Kick 2’, released in 2015, didn’t do well.  ‘Touch Chesi Chudu’, released in 2018, too, was penned by Vamsi and it was a disaster.

Ravi Teja is also scheduled to work with director Ramesh Varma of ‘Rakshasudu’ fame.
