Director Vishnuvardhan, who made his debut with Kurumbu, went on to direct movies like Arindhum Ariyamalum, Pattiyal before getting an opponent to direct actor Ajith in Billa, the remake of the yesteryear blockbuster starring Superstar Rajnikanth.
After the success of Billa, Ajith and Vishnuvardhan again teamed up for Arrambam which was successful as well. After movies like Yatchan, now Vishnuvardhan is making his Bollywood debut with Shershah, revolving around a Kargil war hero.
In a recent interview, Vishnuvardhan has revealed receiving a surprise call from Ajith after signing the Hindi movie. Vishnuvardhan has said that Ajith called him and told that he’s happy for Vishnu’s Bollywood entry, and though he has entered Bollywood late, good things will happen. Vishnuvardhan said that he shares a healthy relationship with Ajith and he’s a respectable person.
