After Sri Reddy, Elakkiya makes allegations

A young Tamil woman named Elakkiya, who is quite popular on TikTok and other social media platforms for posing in steamy clothes and also for mouthing double entendre dialogues, is in the news for making allegations against Kollywood film personalities.  The aspiring actress has made certain shocking comments about some Tamil directors, saying that they had promised her roles in their movies only if she gives them sexual favours.  

“They exploited me by making false promises.  They never gave me roles,” she has been quoted as saying.

The 21-year-old Elakkiya added in her YouTube interview that all those roles were procured via the casting couch.  She added that she has come out in the open so as to caution young girls about predatory men.  

Elakkiya surely reminds some of us of the Sri Reddy episode.
