But in between this films. the National award winning actor may surprise us with a direct Telugu film.
It is no news that Vikram commands a huge fan base among native Telugu speakers. Telugu versions of many of his films since 'Anniyan' (titled as 'Aparajithudu' in Telugu) have been reaped phenomenal box office success.
His latest release 'Iru Mugan' is also a Tamil-Telugu bilingual. and the Telugu version titled as 'Inkokkadu' has turned out to be a hit in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Vikram has dubbed on his own in Telugu for the first time in the film, for the antagonist Love character.
The success of 'Inkokkadu' has apparently rekindled Vikram's long time wish to act in a direct Telugu-only film. He has reportedly initiated talks with a few Tollywood producers to make it a reality soon.
