Adivi Sesh’s ‘HIT-2’: Glimpse video lands

“Bigger, better, and edge of the blade #HIT2. Happy birthday to our KD. With #Major and #HIT2 you are going to have the best year yet. Here’s the surprise for you (sic),” tweeted presenter and Natural Star Nani, unveiling a video of ‘HIT 2’, which is directed by Dr. Sailesh Kolanu of ‘HIT’ fame.

The film has the ‘Evaru’ and ‘Kshanam’ actor in the role of a cop. “Thank you SO much for the birthday surprise dear Nani. Your faith, support and advice have been there for me since day one! Lovely to be a part of #HIT2 in Sailesh’s vision,” wrote the ‘Major’ actor, thanking Nani for the birthday surprise. 

Produced by Prashanti Tipirneni, the film is currently in the production phase. Also featuring Meenakshi Chaudhary and versatile character artist Rao Ramesh in key roles, the crime thriller has Bhanu Chandar, Posani Krishna Murali, Tanikella Bharani, among others, in its cast. Srinath Maganti and budding actress Komali Prasad are part of the cast. 

Manikandan S of ‘Geetha Govindam’ and ‘HIT’ fame is the film’s director of photography. John Stewart Eduri of ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’ and ‘Shershah’ (OTT hit) fame is composing the BGM. Production Design is by Manisha A Dutt of ‘Loser’ (web show) and ‘Chaavu Kaburu Challaga’ fame.
