Veteran actress Shakeela has acted in over 250 films in South Indian languages and Bollywood projects. To support her family that included seven siblings she agreed to do B grade adult films in Malayalam in the nineties. Her films did equal business to that of superstars Mohan Lal and Mammootty starrers.

Shakeela who has stopped doing sleazy films since 2012 has now transformed into a character actress. To the current generation she attained widespread fame after participating in 'Cook With Comali' reality show. Her gesture of adopting a transgender girl Mila has also won her laurels from the public.

Shakeela appeared as a guest on 'Cook With Comali 3' and she got emotional on seeing one of the pariticipants Sheethal Clarin. She shared that her own sister whose name also was Sheethal passed away at the age of 23 and the young celebrity reminds her of her. She added that she watches the show only for her now.

Shakeela's sister Sheethal was also an actress and is best known for appearing in the song "Oh pyaari paani puri" with Thalapathy Vijay in the super hit movie 'Poove Unakkaga'.

Sheethal Clarin on the other hand gained popularity through Instagram by posting videos with her sister Simran. She is now one of the main draws of 'Cook With Comali 3' due to her antics on set.
