Samantha Ruth Prabhu shares details of her treatment from hospital

Samantha Ruth Prabh, who  commands a huge fan base in Tamil and Telugu cinema, recently wowed Bollywood with her performances in ‘The Family Man 2’.  She is awaiting the streaming of her new web series ‘Citadel’ directed by Raj and DK and costarring Varun Dhawan.

It is well known that Sam is battling myositis an auto immune disease and is now a short break from movies.   She shared an update about her health on her Instagram stories. The actress posted a photo of herself  in a hospital bed with IV drips that resulted in speculations that the 36 year old has been hospitalized.

However the therapy that Sam is undergoing is immune booster which she has explained helps to boost white blood cell production, improve immune system function, improve heart health, improve muscle health applications, enhance energy, fight viruses and other threats, enhance cardiovascular system function, improve bone strength and cellular support.

On the professional front Samantha has signed a Hollywood cum pan Indian coproduction titled ‘Chennai Stories’ which will go on floors in mid 2024.  She is also in talks for a few Tamil and Telugu films too.
