Shocking! Actress found dead in river

A popular actress who had gone on a boat with a few friends was later found dead in the river causing shock to family members and fans.  Nida Patcharaveerapong was a popular actress in Thailand cinema who has worked in several films and television for the past two decades was last seen in the tv series ‘The Fallen Leaf (2019)’.

 Nida Patcharaveerapong had apparently traveled with a group of five friends including her manager on a pleasure cruise on a speedboat on  February 26th.  The mishap occurred near the Rama VII Bridge in Nonthaburi province, northwest of Bangkok and the 37 year old actress sadly was not wearing a lifejacket.

Nida’s mother Panida Sirayutthayothin who fondly called her Tangmo has suspicions of foul play and has complained to the police that someone may not have wanted her daughter live and pushed her into the river.  Investigations are on to ascertain whether the death was an accident or murder.

Nida Patcharaveerapong has 1.5 million followers on Instagram and she posted a stunning photo of herself with the sea as background and wrote “The sun set to rise again.”  More than six and a half lakh fans have given likes to the photo and are expressing their condolences over her tragic death.
