Top actress Nayanthara's husband Vignesh Shivan, on October 9th announced that they have become parents to twin sons. He also shared photos of the proud couple kissing the feet of their newborns. However a controversy also erupted that the Lady Superstar gave birth through surrogacy and may have broken the stringent rules set by the Indian government.

When the question was posed to TN health minister M. Subramaniam he stated that a proper inquiry will be made and if necessary Nayanthara will also be questioned. Today it has been revealed that a three member committee has been formed by the health department to look into the issue.

Health department sources say that the inquiry will begin at the hospital where the children were born. Basing on the outcome only if necessary Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan may be called for to give their explanation.

Nayanthara is currently acting in 'Connect', 'Jawan' and 'Lady Superstar 75'. Vignesh Shivan is gearing up to begin shooting for his next biggie 'AK 62' starring Ajith Kumar and produced by Lyca Productions.
