Meena becomes first Indian actress to unveil Cricket ODI World Cup 2023 trophy

Veteran actress Meena unveiled the ICC ODI Cricket World Cup 2023 trophy in Paris.  Posing in front of the world renowned Eiffel towers she shared on Instagram “Truly honoured to be the first Indian actor to Officially Launch and Unveil the Cricket World Cup 2023 Trophy”.

The Men’s ODI World Cup tournament is conducted once every four years and this time India is the host.  The tournament kickstarts on October 5th in Gujarat at the Narendra Modi Stadium with the first match being played by defending champions England vs New Zealand.

Team India captained by Rohit Sharma is one of the favorites to win the World cup as the tourney is held on Indian soil. The 10 teams that are clashing with each other are India, Pakistan, Australia, England, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, South Africa, Netherlands and Bangladesh will participate.
