Jyothika’s unbelievable upside down workout video rocks the internet

Veteran actress Jyothika who is happily married to top hero Suriya is one of the few who has her fan following and movie market intact.  Ever since her comeback to the big screen with ’36 Vayadhinile’ in 2015 she has been regularly acting in female centric hit films.

Jyothika and Suriya have recently setup a new home in Mumbai to facilitate the education of their children Dev and Diya and are shuttling between the two cities.  The 44 year old who became active on social media in the last couple of years has shared an awesome workout video.

In the clip shared on Instagram, Jyothika is seen performing incredible inverted workouts including walking down stairs on her hands and playing a ball game without losing her balance.  She has aptly captioned the video “MOM turned upside down spells WOW”.

Jyothika’s upcoming film is ‘Kadhal’ costarring and produced by Mammootty.  She is expected to star in a few more Tamil films that will be bankrolled by her production house 2D Entertainment.  Her husband Suriya is currently shooting for the fantasy adventure film ‘Kanguva’ directed by Siruthai Siva and costarring Disha Patani.
