Leading actress Janhvi Kapoor, daughter of the late Sridevi and producer Boney Kapoor, was admitted to a private hospital in Mumbai on Thursday. Reports indicate that she was feeling unwell due to food poisoning on Wednesday, following her return from Chennai on Tuesday.

Janhvi is expected to be discharged later this week. Her busy schedule has taken a toll on her health. She recently attended several events, including Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding. She is also deeply involved in the promotional activities for her upcoming film 'Ulajh,' which is set to release on August 2nd.

In addition to her Bollywood projects, Janhvi Kapoor is poised to make her South Indian film debut this year with the highly anticipated 'Devara Part 1,' co-starring Jr NTR. Directed by Koratala Siva, this upcoming action film is slated for a Pan-Indian release on September 27th.
