Divya Sridhar is famous for acting in the lead role in the serial 'Sevvandhi' aired on Sun TV. In 2017, she apparently fell in love with her co-star Arnav, who starred in the serial 'Keladi Kanmani'. The couple had a liv-in relationship and at one point earlier this year Divya got pregnant.

Following her pregnancy on the insistance of Divya the couple allegedly got married last June according to Islamic traditions as Arnav belonged to the community and his real name is Muhammed. The couple, who kept their marriage a secret, made it official only a few weeks ago.

Now Divya has posted a shocking video stating that the doctors told her that there is a high risk of her miscarrying anytime due to her husband beating her. She has revealed that she has not only converted into a Muslim but also had been paying off all the debts accumulated by Arnav who did not have any work right now.

Divya then revealed that Arnav is having an affair with a Tamil television actress named Hansika who is also a Muslim and they are planning to get married. Her lawyers have accused the government hospital doctors of trying to abort her child on the behest of her husband who attacked her.

Arnav meanwhile has lodged a counter complaint at the Avadi police station stating that he did not attack his wife and CCTV footage will reveal that he was not in the house at all. He alleged that Divya who wants to abort the child is creating the drama to make him a scapegoat by listening to male friends who are misguiding her.
