Recent revelations about casting couch in the film industry by Sri Reddy has set the media ablaze. More and more actresses are opening up about theri experiences which is leading to a healthy debate on putting an end to the issue. 

Now the latest to open up is National Award winning Marathi actress Usha Jadhav who states that she was expected to give ‘something’ in return for an acting opportunity. The actress also admitted that the said person also insisted that she might have to sleep either with the producer or the director(or both) to get the part.

Only recently did choreographer Saroj Khan received flak for commenting in support of casting couch. It should also be noted here that actress Radhika Apte had also strongly registered her opinions against casting couch earlier. Watch this space for latest updates!
