Actress Anikha Surendran who started her career as a child artiste in Malayalam cinema is also very familiar to Tamil audiences after playing Ajith's daughter in two films 'Yennai Arindhaal' and 'Viswasam'. She recently celebrated her 17th birthday and is also quite active on social media sharing her photoshoot pics and videos often.

Anikha is now gearing up to play the heroine's role and has already signed an untitled Telugu fim and Malayalam film 'Lovefully Yours Veda'. Simultenously she is also the female lead in a Tamil movie 'Vasuvin Karpinigal' produced by Xavier Britto of 'Master' fame.

'Vasuvin Karpinigal' is directed by Mani Nagaraj and stars Neeya Naana Gopinath as a doctor who handles the pregnancies of four women of different age groups. Anikha Surendran, Vanitha Vijayakumar and Seetha play the female leads in this remake of the Malayalam film 'Zachariayude Garbhinikal'. The film is gearing up for release soon.'
