Popular Tamil actor Vijayakumar has acted in more than 400 films in all South Indian languages. He is known for his versatility in playing all kinds of positive, negative and comedy roles. His character in ‘Naatamai’ directed by K.S. Ravikumar remains unforgettable even today. The 79 year old actor looks fit even now and was recently seen in ‘Oh My Dog’ produced by actor Suriya in which he costarred with son Arun Vijay and grandson Arnav Vijay.
Rumors broke out on social media that actor Vijayakumar’s health has deteriorated and that he is hospitalized in a serious condition. Arun Vijay has rubbished the reports. He has clarified on Twitter sharing a photo with his dad “To all my friends, family and fans.. Appa is hale and HEALTHY at home. Kindly do not believe any rumors! Thank you for all your concern and love!.
Arun Vijay after the succes of ‘Yaanai’ is awaiting the release of ‘Agni Siragugal’ and ‘Borrderr’ while his ‘Acham Enbadhu Illaiye’ costarring Amy Jackson is on floors. There are also reports that he is replacing Suriya in Bala’s ‘Vanangaan’ but there is no official word yet.
