Aishwarya Rai's daughter Aaradhya case - Court orders removal of fake videos

Aaradhya, the daughter of famous actress Aishwarya Rai and actor Abhishek Bachchan filed a case in the Delhi High Court which came for hearing today. The court passed sensational order in her favour which will also benefit minors like her all over India.
Aaradhya who is now 12 years old moved court against YouTube seeking the removal of ten controversial videos by various channels that reported that she is in ill health and one even claimed she passed away. The petition also requested that those who published the controversial videos be duly punished for the fake reporting. Google and the Grievance Cell of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology have also been made parties to the case.
Delhi High Court Judge Harishankar condemned the YouTube channels. He said that every child, be it the child of the common man or the child of the stars, deserves to be treated with dignity and respect and spreading false information about a child's health and mental health will not be tolerated. Adjourning the case, to a later date the judge ordered summons to be issued to the concerned YouTube channels. Severe action has also been recomended.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's new movie 'Ponniyin Selvan 2' directed by Mani Ratnam is releasing on April 28th worldwide. The film also stars Chiyaan Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Trisha and Aishwarya Lekshmi among others with A.R. Rahman scoring the music.
