Actor Yogi Babu has been fast rising as a most sought after comedy actor with his hillarious performances in the super hit flicks of recent years. His rollicking comedy and emotional acting in director Manikandan’s ‘Aandavan Kattalai’ has made him the talk of the town.
Yogi Babu has acted with ‘Thala’ Ajith in ‘Veeram’ and ‘Vedalam’ and with Ilayathalapathy Vijay in ‘Theri’. In his first ever interview, the talented comedian’s revealed to IndiaGlitz, some interesting incidents where he made Thala and Thalapathy laugh on the sets.
"While shooting the introduction scene I casually kept both my hands on the head to express disapproval when Ajith sir compliments Motta Rajendran sir about his looks. On seeing that Ajith sir could not control his laughter. He went near the train door and kept laughing for a few seconds. He also insisted director Siva to include that expression of mine in the final take.
With Vijay sir I worked in ‘Theri’. Everyone knows he is a calm person. But he has a beautiful taste. He will keenly watch my performance and laughed two three times for my dialogues during the take itself."
