‘Aame’ Trailer out, release date finalized

Plugging the Trailer for ‘Aame’, Amala Paul quotes philosopher Aristotle: ‘No great mind has ever existed without a touch of Madness’.  As we watch the Trailer, we are struck by the quirkiness of her character in this thriller.  “Peek into the mad world of Kamini and escape into your own mad world for just a bit,” the actress says.  The trailer surely lives up to the description.

Written and directed by Rathna Kumar, the film sees Amala Paul playing an “arrogant, audacious, and artistic” character.  She smokes and wants to go nude.  What follows next could be terrifying.

Music-directed by Pradeep Kumar, the film’s cinematography is by Vijay Kartik Kannan.  If dialogues are by Rajesh A Murthy, lyrics are by Bhuvana Chandra. 

The thriller will release on July 19, clashing with ‘iSmart Shankar’ (July 18), and Vikram’s ‘Mr. KK’.
