6 Days Collections: Chiranjeevi’s MSG Smashes ₹261 Cr+ Worldwide Gross

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Sankranthi blockbuster Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu (MSG) is showcasing absolute domination at the box office. Six days into its theatrical run, the film shows no signs of slowing down; in fact, its momentum has only intensified with each passing day. Opening to massive festive crowds, MSG has firmly captured the pulse of family audiences, reaffirming Chiranjeevi’s unparalleled box office pull.

Director Anil Ravipudi’s humour-driven narrative, combined with Chiranjeevi’s evergreen mass appeal, has struck gold. The special appearance by Victory Venkatesh and Nayanthara’s strong presence as the leading lady have further elevated the theatrical experience, creating a festive wave rarely witnessed in recent years.

From a business standpoint, MSG has achieved in just six days what most big-ticket films take weeks to accomplish. The film has already reached breakeven across all territories, both domestic and overseas, with a staggering ₹261 Cr+ worldwide gross, and is now confidently marching towards the ₹300 Cr milestone. Adding to its phenomenal run, MSG has surpassed the final ticket sales of They Call Him OG (2.78M), clocking 2.81M+ tickets sold within six days.

In the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana markets, the film has emerged as the second-highest share collector of all time, registering ₹13.85 Cr share. The top position remains with Sankranthiki Vasthunnam (also directed by Anil Ravipudi) at ₹14.05 Cr. Notably, MSG had earlier shattered the industry record of RRR to become the highest-grossing film on Day 5.

The overseas performance has been equally explosive. In North America, MSG has crossed the $2.6 million mark, becoming the biggest grosser for Chiranjeevi in the region, surpassing his earlier record held by Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. With a $3 million+ gross well within reach, the film is also poised to become the biggest overseas hit ever for Anil Ravipudi.

MSG is no longer just a Sankranthi winner; it is fast emerging as a full-fledged industry hit among regional cinema releases. Once again, Chiranjeevi has emphatically proven why he continues to reign supreme as the ultimate star of Telugu cinema.
