'Zombie Reddy', directed by 'AWE' and 'Kalki' director Prasanth Varma, places zombies in the year 2020. If 2020 is around, can coronavirus be far away? Touted to be Tollywood's first zombie thriller, this film stars Teja Sajja of 'Oh Baby' fame in an action role.

The film's teaser, released on Saturday, makes it clear that Anandhi and Daksha Nagarkar have got strong roles. With Kurnool as the backdrop, this one is claimed to be inspired by true events.

Also featuring Raghu Babu, Prudhvi Raj, Getup Srinu, Harshavardhan, Hemanth, Kireeti, Hari Teja, Adhurs Raghu, Mahesh Vitta (each of whom are known for comedy roles), the film is produced by Raj Shekar Varma on Apple Tree Studios.

With the screenplay by Scriptsville, the film has cinematography by Anith. Music is by Mark K Robin. Sri Nagendra Tangala is the art director.
